Even when enemies are surrounding me
I don’t fit in anywhere!
My life has been punctuated by moments of terror!
The word of god has been my only protection,
He’s my rock and salvation.
He covered me with his Spirit
And guides me through times of trouble
He heard my prayers and replaced sorrow,
With peace inside my heart
God doesn’t cover us in fear
But love and power
With peace that brings joy
During the lonely hours…
